Update on Dane

Dane and Naomi

Dane is being discharged from the hospital today, and he nearly beat Naomi at pool, according to her Facebook post!

Maria’s Master Class

Please don't forget that this Sunday, January 31, from 12:30-1:30 we will have a special off-ice class in the party room at the rink. Maria’s class will consist of ballet barre, stretching, pilates, and include spin and landing positions. These areas of concentration will develop core strength, turn out and flexibility, resulting in on-ice lines that reflect specialized training in ballet. This class will take the skater through the basics of establishing a sound off-ice training regime that will translate to on-ice positions. Maria’s class will be $8 per person and will last one hour.

Dane Ayers

Dane Ayers was hit by a car while riding his bike recently. He's in Phoenix Children's Hospital at 1919 E Thomas Road with a broken femur, broken hand, and other injuries. Dane is a member of Coyotes SC, an associate member of FFSC, and a great guy. If any FFSC members are in Phoenix, I'm sure he would appreciate a visit. The hospital number is (602) 933-1000.
